At JumpStartMart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
1. Can I Return My Item?
You may be eligible for a return if:
Condition: The item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all tags/packaging.
Timeframe: You request a return within 30 days of the item’s delivery date.
Issue: The product arrived defective, damaged, or is incorrect (we sent the wrong item).
Please Note: Some items are final sale and cannot be returned. This typically includes:
Digital downloads or software licenses.
Custom-made or personalized items.
Perishable goods.
Items explicitly marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at purchase.
2. How Does the Refund Work?
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it:
Approval: If your return meets our eligibility criteria, your refund will be approved.
Processing: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Timing: Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing. Note: This timing depends on your bank or card issuer, not JumpStartMart.
3. When Can’t I Get a Refund?
We generally cannot offer refunds in the following situations:
Items returned after 30 days of delivery.
Items showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing original packaging/tags.
Items purchased at a sale, discount, or clearance price (unless defective/damaged/incorrect).
Original shipping and handling fees (unless the item was defective, damaged, incorrect, or we made an error).
Non-returnable items as specified in Section 1.
4. How Do I Start a Return or Refund Request?
To initiate a return or report an issue with your order:
Contact Us: Email our Support Team at support@jumpstartmart.buzz within 30 days of delivery.
Provide Details: Include the following information in your email:
Your Order Number.
The Reason for your return (e.g., defective, damaged, wrong item, change of mind).
Photos of the item (especially if defective or damaged).
Instructions: Our support team will review your request and email you with further instructions, including the authorized return address if applicable. Do not ship items back without receiving these instructions.
